SC REDISTRICTING PLAN COULD CREATE 7 GOP-HELD SEATS

Rep. Ralph Norman says a proposed redistricting plan could flip Rep. Jim Clyburn’s district red by increasing GOP voter advantage. He says Clyburn’s policies are “not in sync with South Carolina voters.”
