She ordered this charge on all Mainers even those without solar. She had built numerous Apt buildings that provided illegals with shelter. Ex. Brunswick . and then Westbrook (Sanctuary city?)gets general assistance for illegals from the city to pay their rent and the city gets 70 0/0 back from the state ). Mainers are suffering with these subsidies . We have not approved these ridiculous expenses and these monies should be refunded .
